This is the sky that greeted me Monday morning, Nov. 3, as I walked back to the house after feeding the horses. And here it is, one minute later. One minute after that, it was gone. Discovering Beauty is all about timing, isn't it?
Kathi, that is a sunrise to make your day! Did it leave you inspired and feeling artistic? Or did you want to jump on your horse and ride off into the horizan!
What an amazing photo, and what a brilliant contrast. It's almost like you could take a photo every five seconds (or even faster?) and get something different.
I really miss your posts, Kathi. I'm sure you have a busy life and are caught up with Facebook and Twitter, but I miss your blog...your animals, your pottery, and your wit and wisdom.
Come visit me in my world,
5 acres of southwest Ohio, which I share with a collection of pets and wild things. Take your shoes off and have a seat - what we can find to talk about today?
Since April 1, 2009 (with a few exceptions), Canon Rebel Xsi, using either a Canon EFS 18-55mm IS lens or a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM
Before April, 2009, a Canon Powershot A530 point and shoot with 5 megapixels and a 4x optical zoom.

How lovely! Oh yes, it's certainly about timing!
Oh, wow, an extra reward for getting out early. The first being the appreciation of the horses.
